Here's What To Expect
Here is the basic information for how our standard package works. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us directly!
- Have a look at our packages, services and pricing on the pricing tab.
- Once you purchase a package, please fill out the project form and submit it. If your request doesn’t fit in with one of our packages, just email us your request and we will send you a customized quote.
- Once your information sheet is filled out and returned, your project will be assigned to a writer. That writer will be a dedicated writer for you for the length of your package. Your package officially starts the Monday after your form is submitted. All new packages start on Monday.
- Your writer will have the first 48 hours to research the topics you have assigned them. They use this time to familiarize themselves with the material and to map out their writing schedule for the entire duration of the package. After that first 48 hour period (Monday and Tuesday), they will submit their first day’s worth of content to the editor. This first day is an advanced submission. (Wednesday.) Finally, on Thursday you will begin to receive 1000 words of content (For an article/blog package). This will continue every Monday-Friday for the duration of your package. (Ebook, report and press release milestones are different.)
- Once your project is assigned to a writer, you will be given access to a project board that only you, your writer, and the webmasters have access to. All of your content can be downloaded from there each day. In addition, your writer and you will be able to communicate with each other. Please do not attempt to contact your writer about taking on writing projects outside of Content Divas. We do monitor for this and your account will be terminated.
- After your project is over, if you want to continue using our services for an additional project, you have first priority request rights to the writer that wrote for you the previous month. You can also request a different writer. However, if you take some time off from our service and then return a couple of weeks or months later, I will try to give you the same writer if you request it, but I cannot guarantee her availability at that time.
- It is important to note that we do not train our writers to write with a 30% keyword rich density style. We prefer the LSI style of writing and have research to back up the benefits of this style. If you have questions about this, please feel free to contact me.
How to access your project/Basecamp Info:
To login to basecamp, please go to https://sblwrites.projectpath.com/login. Type in the username and password you received in your welcome email. Once in basecamp you will be able to view all projects you have going with Content Divas.
Each project will have the title such as “Parenting 101″ and your name as well as the writer assigned to the project.
Once inside an individual project you will find tabs.
There is a section called “overview”. Inside this tab it tells you everything that is going on with your project. Basically a page that sums it all up.
The next tab is messages. This is where you can post a message to communicate directly with your writer or with anyone on the WAHMO administrative staff. This comes in quite handy when the writer needs you to clarify something you have asked for.
The next few tabs are for your writer to keep themselves organized. They can choose to use these resources in basecamp or not. Those tabs are to do, milestones, writeboards, chats and time.
The most important tab is the last one called files. This is where you will go to retrieve your content each day or at the end of the project. These files will remain accessible to you for a period of 3 months after your project has been completed.
